Some days you just want to cry

If the news about Wall Street and our economy isn't enough to make you cry, the Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) sure knows how to stick in the knife and start twisting. The RRC voted unanimously yesterday to use its oil and gas clean-up funds to speed up processing of drilling permits.

You tell me what they could have or should have done differently. In Colorado we can burn up our entire oil and gas clean up fund (Emergency Response Fund) on one well that has gone bad or was improperly plugged and abandoned and is contaminating drinking water sources.
